  • All Zoom products are covered under a 1 Year manufacturer warranty that begins from the date of purchase.
  • For a product that is currently IN WARRANTY, a replacement unit is issued.
  • For a product that is currently OUT OF WARRANTY, it will qualify for the replacement program offered by Zoom
  • In both cases, the customer MUST ship the defective unit to AVL at their expense. Once the defective unit is received at AVL and verified, the replacement unit will be sent at AVL’s expense.
